Salary Range: $25.00 – $34.00 hourly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Precision Machining: Operate advanced 5‑Axis machines to produce high‑tolerance aerospace components that meet our exacting standards.
  • Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise hole placements, depths, and diameters, maintaining tight tolerances.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections during and after machining to ensure adherence to specifications, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
  • Efficiency and Multitasking: Maximize productivity by running multiple machines when required, while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
  • Continuous Improvement: Broaden your skill set by cross‑training on various machines and processes, contributing to our team’s overall effectiveness.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold safety protocols by wearing proper PPE at all times, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

    Collaboration:

    Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by assisting and supporting colleagues as needed.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Track estimated versus actual hours spent on jobs to optimize workflow and efficiency.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary, although overtime is not mandatory.
  • Return all company tools to their designated locations after use to maintain organization and efficiency.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of five years of CNC machining experience.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills and ability to interpret blueprints and set‑up documents accurately.
  • Working knowledge of G‑Codes and ability to edit programs as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools, and operate computer software including Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with precision tools such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, and scales.
  • Familiarity with hoist and forklift operation, and capability for large set‑ups using cranes.
Schedule

We currently offer two shifts:
Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm or Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:30 am. Second shift employees enjoy a 15% shift differential.
