About the Role

As our Operations Supervisor , you will lead and enhance operational activities, ensuring sustainable improvements in critical business processes. Your focus will be on:

• Managing operational functions for both solutions and solids.
• Prioritizing safety, health, and environmental protection.
• Converting raw materials into liquid sodium cyanide and solid cyanide.
• Ensuring timely shipments to our valued customers.

Your Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Develop and train your team, ensuring everyone is equipped for success.
• Supervise daily operations and maintain adherence to standard procedures.
• Advise senior management on operational risks and issues.
• Lead strategic governance and process design initiatives.
• Manage project execution and operational changes effectively.
• Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and improve performance.

Role Dimensions

• This is a full-time, on-site position.
• You will supervise daily activities for up to 10 employees.
• Expect rotating shifts: 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

Your Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in process or manufacturing teams.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma or GED required; valid driver's license necessary.
