Dishwasher - Hungry Hank's Winnemucca

As a Dishwasher, you play a vital role in ensuring smooth back-of-house operations by maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. You will be responsible for supporting the culinary team by washing and sanitizing dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, while also assisting with prep work and cleanliness tasks throughout the kitchen. This position requires strong attention to detail, adherence to sanitation standards, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
** Perform dishwashing responsibilities, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Perform any additional responsibilities assigned within the scope of the role.
** SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
** Must have the ability to lift at least 45 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Working knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Valid Food Handler’s Card (Depending on location)
** LANGUAGE SKILLS
** Ability to communicate effectively with team members.
** REASONING ABILITY
** Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established cleaning and sanitation procedures. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 45 pounds.
* Must be able to work in hot and humid conditions.
