Salary: $22.00–$35.00 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the applicable minimum wage at the job location). Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. The Stocking Team Supervisor leads these activities, ensuring efficient workflow and maintaining safety standards. Key responsibilities include supervising stocking crew, monitoring inventory, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining optimal storage conditions. Physical requirements include the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50+ pounds) and, where necessary, operating heavy machinery such as forklifts.
