As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in helping to deter incidents and promoting a secure environment within a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining highly visible to support a secure atmosphere, and providing outstanding customer service to employees, visitors, and guests. This is a primarily driving post, where your presence and attention to detail will contribute to maintaining a positive environment.

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour
Job Schedule:
- Wednesday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Thursday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Friday: 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities, hazards, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with controlling access to the location, verifying credentials, and monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures.
- Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and emergency responders as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely logs and reports related to daily activities, incidents, and observations while on duty.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions and must meet Allied Universal Driver Policy requirements.
- A valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
