Join DASCH in Winnipeg as an Accounting Clerk, contributing your expertise in accounts payable to enhance lives. This full-time position supports individuals with intellectual disabilities by ensuring accurate financial operations.

In this term role under the Controller, you will be responsible for processing accounts payable and managing cheque runs. With at least two years of accounts payable experience, you will demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and communication skills. Your attention to detail will ensure that all financial transactions meet high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and code accounts payable invoices accurately

• Prepare cheque runs and electronic payments for approval

• Generate invoices for funding agreements and contracts

• Maintain a filing system for financial records

• Assist with month-end reconciliations and audits

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable

• Completion of Accounting certificate/diploma

• Quick Books and Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Strong mathematical and computer skills

• Knowledge of payroll is beneficial
