Key Responsibilities:

• Process and post invoices and payments swiftly

• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable statements

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities

• Keep all financial records up to date and ready for audits

• Assist the accounting team with administrative tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; post-secondary education is a bonus

• Experience in accounting or payroll systems preferred

• CDK or Payworks experience is beneficial

• Automotive industry experience is highly valued

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
