Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records based on dealership policies

• Assist with payroll and accounts payable/receivable processes

• Prepare daily deposits and relevant reports

• Process invoices and verify payments with proper approvals

• Conduct account reconciliations for month-end activities

Requirements:

• Entry level candidates with relevant accounting education accepted

• Experience with accounts payable/receivable is an asset

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
