Join our team in a permanent capacity, working 40 hours weekly. Candidates should possess a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of accounting experience. Key tasks include preparing journal entries, managing accounts receivable and payable, and generating financial statements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare general ledger entries and trial balances

• Manage accounts receivable and payable processes

• Invoice clients and collect debt payments

• Perform bank reconciliations and payroll preparation

• Address customer complaints and organize inventory

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• 1-2 years of accounting experience desired

• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail in financial tasks

• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
