As a pivotal member of our ease Cloud Accounting Services team, you will provide comprehensive bookkeeping and payroll support. Your experience in QBO cloud accounting software will empower you to execute complex financial tasks efficiently. You'll prepare governmental filings and maintain comprehensive records, helping clients navigate the intricacies of financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle full cycle bookkeeping and payroll processing
• Maintain records for payroll and government remittances
• Setup client files for budgeting and planning
• Reconcile various GL accounts accurately
• Engage with government regarding financial assessments
Requirements:
• 1 year bookkeeping experience in a professional setting
• Proficiency in QBO;
Xero experience preferred
• Relevant certificate or diploma is an asset
• Understanding of payroll and corporate tax regulations
• Familiarity with desktop accounting software is beneficial
