Join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Clerk in a hybrid work model at Oak Hammock Marsh near Stonewall, MB. This full-time, permanent role focuses on accounting duties and process management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk with a foundational knowledge of accounting. You will enter purchase order invoices, administer the corporate gas card program, and support daily financial transactions. Your expertise will also include ensuring fixed assets are linked accurately to invoices and assisting with quarterly reporting tasks to maintain compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare purchase order invoices for various departments

• Manage the corporate gas card program efficiently

• Create accurate journal entries for payments

• Conduct monthly account reconciliations thoroughly

• Handle inquiries from employees and vendors promptly

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of relevant accounting experience

• Currently enrolled in an accounting diploma or courses

• Experienced in MS Office and data entry tasks

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Must be able to work in a paperless, multi-system setup
