Position: Senior Accountant for Acquisitions

The Boyd Group is seeking a Senior Accountant specializing in acquisitions and integrations. You will lead purchase price allocations, manage accounting entries, and develop financial projections for new deals. Your collaboration with Corporate Development will be essential for navigating complex accounting tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead purchase price allocations for recent acquisitions

• Record and manage Work-in-Progress entries

• Assess and analyze holdbacks and earnout liabilities

• Partner with Corporate Development on financial strategies

• Ensure accurate month-end and quarter-end reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• 5–7+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
