CCG Accountant—Financial Statements & Analysis

Join CCG as an Accountant, specializing in financial statements and analysis in a hybrid role based in Winnipeg. You will assist in preparing and filing important financial documents and reports.

This hybrid position at CCG involves working at the Winnipeg office once a week. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting systems, where you'll prepare journal entries and assist in financial statement preparations. Additionally, you will reconcile accounts, investigate discrepancies, and support various departments with monthly analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly and ad-hoc journal entries for financial tracking

• Assist in crafting internal and external financial statements

• Reconcile accounts and analyze variances against budgets

• Support regulatory reporting and compliance requirements

• Facilitate special projects linked to continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field

• Pursuing CPA designation with initiation into CPA PEP program

• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred

• Intermediate proficiency in Excel for reporting

• Detail-oriented with effective organizational capabilities
