We are seeking a reliable Bookkeeping Clerk with 2-3 years of experience to manage accounts and balance ledgers effectively. The role involves preparing paychecks, posting journal entries, and preparing trial balances.
The right candidate will demonstrate attention to detail and proficiency in both manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Calculate and prepare payroll cheques accurately
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
• Post journal entries into bookkeeping systems
• Prepare statistical and financial reports as needed
• Reconcile various accounts and maintain balances
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant bookkeeping experience
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook, and Quick Books
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and dependably
