Position: U.S. Operations Senior Accountant Role

We are looking for a motivated Senior Accountant who can independently apply accounting principles to manage financial information accurately. The ideal candidate will bring experience in general ledger accounting, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics GP. Your contributions will facilitate efficient financial operations and support growth at FLOFORM Countertops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly journal entries, accruals, and allocations

• Perform bank reconciliations and cash account analysis

• Maintain and reconcile corporate credit card accounts

• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and reports

• Investigate discrepancies between accounts and ledgers

Requirements:

• CPA designation or relevant educational background

• 3-5 years of accounting experience

• Solid understanding of accounting processes

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required

• Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
