Key Responsibilities:

• Manage bookkeeping cycles for multiple clients

• Process payroll and complete government filings

• Train and support junior team members regularly

• Execute month-end and quarter-end financial closes

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts

Requirements:

• At least 3 years bookkeeping experience required

• Proficient with cloud software like QBO or Xero

• Experience preparing T4s and T5s

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Certificate in business administration or accounting preferred
