Key Responsibilities:

• Execute monthly journal entries including allocations and recurring entries

• Handle monthly bank reconciliations and cash analyses

• Reconcile corporate credit card transactions effectively

• Maintain fixed assets and prepare depreciation schedules

• Analyze account balances for discrepancies and trends

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred or equivalent relevant education

• Minimum 3-5 years of progressive accounting expertise

• Strong knowledge of general ledger and reconciliations

• Advanced Excel and ERP system experience mandatory

• Attention to detail with organizational skills
