Position: Senior Accountant at FLOFORM Countertops

In this position, you will apply your 3-5 years of accounting experience and CPA preferred qualifications to ensure timely financial information. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of general ledger practices and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel while collaborating across departments to optimize internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and post monthly journal entries accurately

• Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and cash analysis

• Investigate discrepancies and resolve ledger issues

• Maintain and record fixed asset schedules effectively

• Analyze data to prepare recurring reports and support audits

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent accounting knowledge

• 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems;
Microsoft Dynamics GP is beneficial

• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to operate independently with minimal guidance
