Senior Accountant - Acquisitions and Integration

As the Senior Accountant for Acquisitions & Integration, you will lead purchase price allocations, manage accounting entries, and develop financial projections for new acquisitions. Collaboration with Corporate Development and advanced analytical skills will be crucial to successfully navigating complex accounting requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead purchase price allocations for new acquisitions

• Record and manage Work-in-Progress entries

• Assess and analyze holdbacks and earnout liabilities

• Partner with Corporate Development on financial strategies

• Ensure accurate month-end and quarter-end reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• 5–7+ years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS standards

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
