Candidates must possess a college diploma and have some experience in bookkeeping.
Your role will include calculating payroll, maintaining financial records, and preparing various financial reports. Proficiency in Quick Books is required, alongside the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare cheques for payroll and financial reports
• Reconcile accounts and maintain ledgers
• Calculate tax returns and manage fixed assets
• Post journal entries for proper financial documentation
• Prepare trial balances and statistical reports
Requirements:
• Diploma from a college or equivalent
• 1 to 7 months of experience in bookkeeping
• Experience with Quick Books essential
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
