Position: Detail-Oriented Senior Accountant Role
Join Lionsgate Canada as a Senior Accountant specialized in Content Finance. This role involves managing financial reporting and essential accounting tasks within the film industry.

Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Finance, your contributions will focus on maintaining investment records and ensuring compliance. You will perform detailed reconciliations and collaborate with teams to enhance accuracy in financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage participations and royalty accrual models

• Assist in preparing film accounting models for quarter-end

• Conduct variance analysis of financial forecasts

• Reconcile P&L and balance sheet accounts

• Support month-end close tasks and report preparation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; CPA preferred

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of accounting experience

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting

• Advanced Excel skills; SAP experience is a bonus

• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
