In your position at MNP, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle bookkeeping and processing payroll for various clients. Your knowledge of cloud accounting solutions will be essential as you lead and develop junior staff members. You will also ensure compliance by maintaining effective communication with clients and authorities regarding financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee bookkeeping for various clients

• Accurately process payroll and government filings

• Train junior team members to improve skills

• Conduct month-end and quarter-end financial closes

• Reconcile general ledger accounts consistently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience

• Familiarity with QBO or Xero required

• Proven capability to prepare T4s and T5s

• Strong grasp of accounting principles and practices

• Business administration or accounting certificate preferred
