Your key responsibilities will include verifying invoices, maintaining vendor master files, and organizing accounts payable documents. The position also involves updating control manuals and handling additional accounting tasks assigned by the Accounting Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and process invoices for multiple companies

• Maintain accurate vendor master files and documentation

• Organize and manage filing systems for accounts payable

• Update accounts payable control and policy manuals

• Perform other accounting tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Knowledge of accounts payable and general ledgers

• 2-3 years in an Accounts Payable or accounting role

• Strong Excel and communication skills

• High accuracy in financial information entry

• Grade 12 education or equivalent
