Join Aventyr Security Corporation as a part-time Bookkeeping Specialist in Surrey. Contribute to our financial systems and support our company's growth with your accounting expertise.
This on-site position requires 20 hours weekly, focusing on vendor payments and accounts receivable management. Ideal candidates should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience or be nearing completion of an Accounting degree, with strong proficiency in Odoo.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage vendor payments and accounts payable processes
• Issue invoices and track payments for accounts receivable
• Conduct monthly reconciliations for various accounts
• Prepare and submit GST/PST tax remittances
• Process bi-weekly payroll and related reports
Requirements:
• 2+ years bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Proficiency in Odoo essential
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain communication with management
• Must work on-site 2-3 days per week
