Staffmax is currently hiring an Accounting Administrator This role may begin immediately and is expected to last a minimum of one month, with the possibility of extension or permanent placement depending on business needs and performance.

Location: Sherwin Rd, Winnipeg,MB
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary (Minimum 1 Month) with Potential Extension
Salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

  • Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
  • Assist with account reconciliations and month-end procedures
  • Prepare, update, and maintain financial spreadsheets and reports
  • Enter, review, and verify financial data with a high level of accuracy
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the accounting team
  • Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all financial processes

    • Requirements

  • Previous experience in an Accounting Administrator, Accounting Clerk, Bookkeeper, or similar role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (required)
  • Experience with AP/AR, reconciliations, and financial reporting
  • High attention to detail and strong data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Accounting or finance education is an asset
