The Payroll Clerk will support Shared Health's objectives through accurate payroll management and reporting. Candidates must have a minimum of three years’ experience with Microsoft Office and exposure to accounting and payroll systems. You'll work independently while collaborating with departments to resolve sensitive payroll issues and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll duties with precision and confidentiality
• Assist departments with payroll-related inquiries
• Prioritize workflow and manage multiple payroll projects
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
• Utilize Microsoft Office and payroll software efficiently
Requirements:
• Minimum three years’ Microsoft Office experience
• Completion of post-secondary computerized accounting courses
• Familiarity with SAP and Crystal Reports is an asset
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally
