Project Accounting Specialist in Finance

We are looking for a skilled Project Accountant with at least two years of experience in project accounting to join our dynamic finance team. You will handle project setups in ERP systems, prepare accurate client invoices, and monitor the financial performance of ongoing projects. Collaborate with project managers to support financial objectives and streamline processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting and financial administration for projects

• Prepare and review invoices according to project requirements

• Monitor budgets, costs, and profitability metrics

• Track project setups in the ERP/project management system

• Support accounts receivable processes and collections

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of project accounting experience

• Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint or similar ERP systems

• Strong understanding of accounting principles

• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
