Accounts Receivable Clerk - Summer Intern

From June to September 2026, you will assist in managing invoicing, collections, and customer accounts while ensuring the integrity of financial data. This position demands a proactive approach in communication and a keen eye for detail as you work with both customers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up on overdue accounts as per AR aging reports

• Contact customers to ensure timely collection of payments

• Reconcile accounts and address any identified discrepancies

• Prepare reports for month-end closing and audits

• Maintain proper documentation for compliance and tracking

Requirements:

• Enrollment in Accounting, Finance, or a related Diploma/Degree

• Familiarity with accounting processes and invoicing systems

• Proficiency in Excel and other ERP software

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
