You will manage both trust and general ledgers, process payroll, and file tax returns accurately. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure trust and general ledgers are up to date in Quick Books

• Process payroll and manage commission calculations

• File provincial sales tax returns accurately and punctually

• Accurately enter financial data and invoices

• Prepare supporting schedules and reconciliations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of bookkeeping experience required

• Proven experience with general ledger and reconciliations

• Proficient in payroll and Quick Books software

• Highly detail-oriented in financial record keeping

• Willingness to work in the office in downtown Ottawa
