As a Full Cycle Accounting Specialist at Lawson Sales, you will oversee both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. This pivotal role provides essential support for maintaining consistent cash flow and accurate financial reporting.

This contract position requires a candidate with a solid foundation in accounting practices and 2–4 years of AP/AR experience. You will prepare customer invoices, process vendor payments, and ensure compliance with internal policies. Identifying and resolving issues related to billing will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify customer invoices and payments

• Maintain accounts payable subledger accuracy

• Handle vendor inquiries regarding payments and reconciling accounts

• Maintain complete documentation for all financial transactions

• Assist in month-end close procedures

Requirements:

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in accounting or related field

• Proficiency in ERP, accounting, and dealership management systems
