Senior Accountant - U.S. Division

As a Senior Accountant, you play an integral role in supporting the financial health of our U.S. operations. Ideal candidates will hold a CPA designation and possess 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, particularly with general ledger operations. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP are highly valued for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create monthly journal entries and manage accruals

• Conduct bank reconciliations and cash account analysis

• Reconcile and maintain the corporate credit card accounts

• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with supporting documents

• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent accounting education

• 3-5 years of expanding accounting experience required

• Familiarity with inventory and job costing considered an asset

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight
