As a key member of Bison, you will manage multi-state payrolls and handle inquiries for drivers, operators, and office staff. This role demands a strong understanding of payroll processes, accuracy in calculations, and adherence to deadlines. You will also prepare Records of Employment and conduct employment verifications while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process end-to-end payroll for U.S. and Canadian operations

• Verify and correct weekly pay period move numbers

• Calculate and process vacation pay and bonus payouts

• Manage employee inquiries regarding payroll issues

• Participate in projects and support payroll team training

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ experience in multi-state U.S. payroll

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation required

• Understanding of payroll legislation in Canada and U.S.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
