As the Plant Controller, you will work closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial results and effective cost control. This role requires strong manufacturing knowledge and the ability to translate data into actionable decisions. You will be pivotal in month-end closes, budget preparation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee monthly financial reporting and operational performance analysis

• Support annual budget preparation and forecasting for operations

• Prepare variance analysis, explaining production costs and efficiencies

• Develop reports on production KPIs and cost trends

• Engage on the shop floor to understand production and operations

Requirements:

• CPA designation or equivalent accounting qualification

• 3-5 years in a Controller role, preferably in food manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of financial and operational data analysis

• Supervisory experience in accounting or inventory functions

• Advanced skills in ERP and Microsoft Excel
