Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger and payroll

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes

• Develop and implement internal controls and accounting policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or CPA designation

• 7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience

• Experience in a leadership role overseeing departmental functions

• Knowledge of ERP systems and public accounting preferred

• Valid Manitoba Driver’s license and ability to travel
