Key Responsibilities:

• Lead month-end financial reporting and performance analysis

• Prepare comprehensive budget forecasts and variance reports

• Develop production KPIs and identify cost reduction opportunities

• Maintain inventory control processes and compliance checks

• Provide financial modeling for capital and operational decisions

Requirements:

• CPA designation or recognized accounting qualification

• 3-5 years as a Controller in manufacturing or food sectors

• Strong expertise in financial reporting and cost accounting

• Team lead experience in accounting or payroll functions

• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel
