AR Batching Analyst

Become an AR Batching Analyst in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with responsibility for financial integrations and payment monitoring. This 6-month term role emphasizes accuracy in accounts receivables and customer communication.

In this position, you will handle the integration of accounts receivables between Workday and CCC
1. Your expertise will ensure proper tracking of payment deposits, error resolution, and effective monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.

Your role is vital in maintaining accurate financial records and collaborating with stores and vendors for reconciliations and adjustments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor undeposited and unreconciled payments

• Track unidentified payments and apply them correctly

• Perform month-end and quarterly AR reconciliations

• Correct integration failures between CCC1 and Workday

• Ensure accurate customer refunds and negative transactions

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Experience in accounting or receivables

• Familiarity with Workday or CCC1 is an asset

• Bank reconciliation experience preferred

• Strong Excel and Office Suite skills
