Position: Actionmarguerite Financial Officer Role
Step into the position of Accounting Officer at Actionmarguerite, coordinating financial statements and managing ledgers. Bring your accounting expertise to support various sites and contracts.

As an Accounting Officer, you will report directly to the Finance Manager and collaborate with the Finance team, as well as managers and residents. Your responsibilities encompass managing the general ledger, preparation of financial statements, and ensuring timely reporting while maintaining accuracy. Proficiency in technology and software like Excel and Great Plains is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination of general and subsidiary ledgers

• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements monthly

• Collaborate with the Finance team and managers

• Ensure financial reporting compliance across various contracts

• Maintain an organized and prioritized workload

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Commerce or Business Administration in accounting

• Minimum two years in public sector accounting

• Proficient in Excel and Great Plains Dynamics

• Bilingual in French and English

• Current Criminal Record Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check
