This role is critical in maintaining the financial health of Sunrise Farms and its subsidiaries, including Dunn-Rite Food Products. You'll verify and prepare invoices for payment, manage vendor files, and keep an efficient documentation system. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to handle transactions with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and verify supplier invoices and requisitions

• Prepare batches of invoices for payment entry

• Maintain vendor master files and filing systems

• Update accounts payable controls and policy manuals

• Support other accounting duties as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years’ accounts payable experience

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting courses are an asset

• Proficient in Excel and detail-oriented

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to respect confidentiality with financial records
