Revenue Specialist

Position: Revenue Specialist at People Corporation
Drive accurate revenue operations with People Corporation as a Revenue Specialist. Oversee daily revenue functions while ensuring timely recognition and integration of new acquisitions.

In this key role, you will support revenue team management in implementing standardized processes and key performance indicators. The Revenue Specialist will tackle full-cycle processing, month-end close activities, and reconciliations for revenue and receivables. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and identify process improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate revenue recording

• Perform month-end close and cash receipts reconciliations

• Maintain subledgers for clients and carriers

• Collaborate with Accounting and FP&A for reconciliations

• Identify and suggest process enhancements

Requirements:

• University degree or diploma in finance or accounting

• Knowledge of accounting principles and revenue management

• Proficiency in Workday and Sage software

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Experience in finance-related role preferred
