EIC Shared Services' Finance Department has an available opportunity in Winnipeg, MB.

EIC Shared Services (ESS) is a subsidiary of Exchange Income Corporation (EIC), a diversified, acquisition-oriented corporation focused on opportunities in the aerospace, aviation, and manufacturing sectors. EIC Shared Services provides finance and accounting services to several subsidiaries within EIC’s Aviation segment including Calm Air International, Perimeter Aviation, Keewatin Air and Custom Helicopters, among others. Our group consists of 85+ people.

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for processing invoices and payments in a timely manner, developing vendor relationships, and reconciling vendor accounts.

• Verify and send invoices for approval through Meta viewer
• Code proper accounts on invoices and ensure appropriate back up is attached
• Process manual cheque runs, EFT, ACH and Wire payments for vendors
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and customers in a professional, cooperative and efficient manner
• Reconcile vendor statements
• Other duties as required or assigned

• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processor applications
• Knowledge of Meta viewer and Great Plains is an asset
• Organizational skills are essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Full Time – Monday to Friday – Ongoing schedule to be determined with your manager on your first day of work, following the onboarding process with HR.
