Key Responsibilities:

• Review Central Receiving documents for compliance

• Communicate with stores regarding receiving registers

• Analyze and adjust stock ledger reports for accuracy

• Reconcile monthly transactions with the general ledger

• Distribute quarterly food and annual merchandise inventory results

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years in accounting or related education

• Experience in account reconciliation preferred

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects under strict deadlines
