Financial Controller at StandardAero

In your role as Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring all financial reporting adheres to GAAP and internal controls. You will review and approve journal entries, coordinate monthly financial operations, and lead the annual business planning process. This position requires excellent analytical and organizational skills to support various departments while maintaining financial integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify compliance with accounting standards in financial reporting

• Manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting

• Lead the completion of the annual operating plan

• Participate in audit preparation with stakeholders

• Review the accuracy of contract bids and rebates

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Minimum of 5 years' accounting experience required

• Professional accounting designation or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with public company reporting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
