The Controller role involves supporting day-to-day financial operations under the VP of Finance. You will oversee important financial reporting activities, manage cash flow forecasts, and develop key reports to steer executive strategies. Collaborating with various teams, you'll enhance internal controls and drive efficiency across the accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for various entities.

• Manage the financial close and statement preparation processes.

• Coordinate audits and ensure tax compliance.

• Supervise treasury, accounts payable, and receivable functions.

• Develop and implement improved financial processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in accounting or finance.

• Certified CPA status is required.

• Understanding of commercial real estate is advantageous.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with financial software like Yardi or Net Suite.
