Position: Controller Role at StandardAero
Pursue excellence in aviation finance as a Controller at Standard Aero in Winnipeg, Canada. Manage financial reports, compliance, and audits within a respected MRO organization.

Standard Aero is hiring a Controller with a solid accounting background and at least five years of relevant experience. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with GAAP while overseeing financial accuracy and functionality. Work collaboratively with a finance team that values support and shared success in a progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance in financial reporting and documented standards

• Review and analyze accounting systems for accuracy

• Participate in both internal and external audit preparations

• Oversee general ledger maintenance with keen detail

• Assist in crafting and presenting ad-hoc financial reports

Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Holds or pursuing a professional accounting designation

• 5+ years in corporate accounting, MRO experience preferred

• Background in internal audit and SOX compliance is a plus

• Knowledgeable in Excel and Oracle software
