McNaught Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking a Controller in Winnipeg, MB to oversee financial operations and improve dealership profitability in this full-time hybrid role.

As the Controller, you'll lead all accounting functions, providing insights that drive strategic decisions. Your previous automotive experience and leadership skills will ensure financial integrity, while mentoring team members ensures ongoing development and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting and financial operations of the dealership

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting

• Ensure timely reconciliation of all financial data

• Prepare required quarterly and annual financial documents

• Contribute to strategic leadership meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years accounting experience required

• Experience in automotive dealership accounting preferred

• CPA credential necessary

• Proven leadership with accounting teams

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
