This role is vital in supporting Bird’s Shared Services department. Responsibilities include auditing invoices and employee expenses, reconciling corporate credit cards, and providing training to district teams. You will interact across departments, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and audit invoices for accuracy

• Manage employee expense reports in Concur

• Reconcile designated company credit cards

• Process payroll-related invoices and payments

• Provide training and support to district teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Accounts Payable experience

• Post-secondary education in a related field

• Familiarity with OnBase and Viewpoint is an asset

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proactive and flexible in adapting to priorities
