As a key player on our Payroll team, you will use your experience to process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and unionized employees. The role requires you to maintain precise payroll records and prepare various payroll reports. Your analytical skills will help resolve any payroll discrepancies while assisting with compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll for hourly and union staff
• Enter and maintain accurate employee payroll data
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and related reports
• Assist with union and government remittance tasks
• Handle inquiries and discrepancies in payroll process
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years payroll experience required
• Familiarity with Canadian payroll regulations
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
