AIMA is seeking an organized Junior Bookkeeper to support the Finance Operations & Nation Support Manager. You will maintain precise financial records and assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.

Your role will include preparing documentation for audits while ensuring compliance with Manitoba regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize financial records accurately

• Enter transactions into Quick Books and Sage 300

• Perform bank and account reconciliations on time

• Assist with vendor and customer invoicing

• Support finance projects and administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience

• Proficient in Quick Books and Sage 300

• Strong understanding of financial principles

• Excellent organization and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
