Lead financial reporting at Recurrent Energy, a subsidiary of Canadian Solar. This hybrid position focuses on global consolidation, U.S. GAAP compliance, and team collaboration.
As a Global Financial Reporting Manager, you will oversee the regional accounting close and ensure accuracy of financial data.
Your role requires a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM). Collaborating with various departments and external stakeholders, you will execute financial reporting and compliance processes to support Recurrent Energy's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee monthly global group consolidation processes
• Prepare group financial statements and audit schedules
• Review financial data with regional controllers
• Maintain the HFM reporting system and implement enhancements
• Advise on complex accounting transactions per U.S. GAAP
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• U.S. CPA or equivalent professional designation
• 10+ years in accounting, with 3+ years in reporting
• Big Four audit background preferred
• Strong project management and communication skills
