Your role will involve processing high-volume invoices and collaborating to enhance financial processes. Ideal candidates will possess advanced Excel skills and a proven ability to manage competing deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices quickly and accurately

• Match invoices to purchase orders and documentation

• Verify GL coding and invoice accuracy

• Create and manage payment batches including EFT and wire transfers

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience

• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

• Excellent time management abilities

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
